I started my year visiting my parents in Australia for Christmas for the first time in 6 Years. I also finally got to have uninterrupted quality time with my husband (yes I was completely unplugged…the blackberry was turned off and in Canada) and it was absolutely amazing…We both explored parts of Australia that I had never visited before…we did everything we possibly could to enjoy and enrich our lives with the sights, sounds and experiences of Cairns…sort of like a mini bucket list…(hopefully I am not quite there yet!!!!) It was amazing we have memories of that time in our lives forever!!! I decided that I would Carpe Diem (seize the day) and make 2010 kick butt…..I am actually rambling a little to much on my holiday rather than the actual purpose of this post…..soooo easy to get lost sorry….now is the time for you to join us and Carpe Diem!!! Ever sat and watched those youtube videos of the flash mobs and wondered, who inspired it, how did they organise it, and how could I ever be apart of an amazing experience!!! I have, and when my facebook invite called for all peeps who want to be part of Vancouvers flash mob I didn’t think twice…and since I think this is a killer opportunity sponsored by Imagine 1 Day I wanted to share it with you….PS dancing experience not a pre-requisite….I only have the chicken dance and the Macarena under my belt!!!!

Now it’s Vancouver’s turn!!! We have a dream, to teach a dance routine that anyone can learn to as many people as possible. Then, at 330PM, on Saturday, February 13, we will all gather together at a location to be announced. And at 4PM… We’ll be DANCING IN THE STREET SO PUT IN IN YOUR DIARY!!!
