After coming down from such a high of the Olympic games…I have to tell you it was nice to have a break….However my energy has rejuvenated and I am so excited for the Paralympics to come tonight!!!
There is something so inspirational about these athletes that surpasses that of the able bodied….I have recently been thinking of the feat it would have been for them to not only get into physical shape but to over come the mental road blocks I am sure that they have endured to get to such a phenomenal stage. I totally give you a red mitted high 10….I found the link to the 2010 site that is showcasing the cultural Olympiad and it absolutely rocked me to the core….so I just wanted to share….hopefully it it makes you laugh cry and get inspired to do anything you want!!!
